SoloOps does not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Do not enter or email seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or exchange login details to SoloOps or SoloOps support.

SoloOps is designed as a local-first companion for hobbyist solo Bitcoin mining. Status checks and Advanced controls are local. Optional Advanced controls stay inside Advanced and require confirmation before supported local miner settings are sent.
Local Miner Checks
SoloOps is designed for local-network miner checks. Users manually enter a private local IP address for supported miners. SoloOps does not enable public internet miner control, background writes, or hidden writes.
Advanced Controls
Advanced controls are optional, kept inside Advanced, and always require confirmation. When supported, SoloOps can send user-confirmed local settings to a supported miner. Do not include wallet secrets, pool passwords, seed phrases, or private keys in logs or support messages.
Local App Storage
SoloOps may store app preferences, saved miner profiles, selected miner IDs, demo premium mode, purchase status used to unlock app features, and settings locally on your device. This MVP does not include cloud sync.
Purchases
If SoloOps Pro is offered, purchases are handled by Apple In-App Purchase. SoloOps may use purchase status to unlock eligible app features, but SoloOps does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

SoloOps may open affiliate links in your browser. External websites may have their own privacy practices and terms. Review those policies before purchasing mining gear.
Support Email
If you contact support@getsoloops.com, your email address, message, and any details you choose to provide are used to respond to your request and improve support.
Analytics And Crash Reporting
SoloOps may add privacy-conscious analytics or crash reporting later to improve reliability. If added, this policy should be updated before release to explain what is collected and how it is used.
Mining Rewards
SoloOps provides educational estimates and local miner status views. SoloOps does not guarantee mining rewards, profit, income, or block wins.
