What SoloOps Does
SoloOps helps hobbyist solo Bitcoin miners follow beginner setup guidance, manually add a local miner by private IP address, view local miner status, understand basic health alerts, and estimate odds and electricity costs for education.
What SoloOps Does Not Do
SoloOps does not mine Bitcoin on your phone, does not perform hidden mining, does not offer cloud mining, does not control your miner without your explicit confirmation, does not custody funds, and does not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Advanced local controls are optional, kept inside Advanced, and confirmation-gated for supported miners.
Request Miner Support
When asking for miner help, include your device type, firmware name if known, whether you are on the same Wi-Fi/LAN, the private IP address format without sharing public router details, and the exact error shown in SoloOps.
SoloOps currently focuses on Bitaxe/AxeOS status checks. Other miner types may be manual profiles or coming soon.
Report A Bug
Email the app version, device model, operating system version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that triggered the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but crop out wallet addresses if you prefer and never include secrets.
Safety Reminders
- SoloOps support will never ask for seed phrases or private keys.
- Wallet means a public payout/mining address only.
- Restart controls temporarily interrupt mining while the local miner restarts.
- Unsupported devices do not show write controls.
- Do not expose miner dashboards directly to the public internet.
- SoloOps uses local-network miner status checks plus user-confirmed Advanced controls.
- Advanced local controls remain optional, collapsed, and confirmation-gated.
- Solo mining is lottery-like and does not provide guaranteed rewards, profit, income, or block wins.
- Hardware, electricity, heat, network, wallet, pool, tax, and legal decisions remain your responsibility.
